Just Wondering #1

Just wondering.........
If you were to land on Mars and start a colony, how would you set up your government?
I want
a) the structure
and
b) the responsibilities of the sections(if any)

you can also make some laws if you want.
you can apply any system of government you choose.

    Govenment... pretty sure it would be similar to the one listed in Monty Python and The Holy Grail. saddly, that seems like the best option for keeping corruption in check.
